The Pinebrook HOA and Pinebrook Master Association have scheduled spring cleanup wood chipping days for June 5th to June 8th. The event is for GREEN WASTE ONLY. No dumpsters will be provided. Effective December 31, 2024, a new Summit County Ordinance went in to effect that requires outdoor lighting to be 3,000 Kelvin or less, fully shielded and down-directed.
