Just a reminder to all Pinebrook residents that Summit County ordinances prohibit street parking between November 1st and May 1st. Doing so makes it very difficult for the snow plows to clear the streets and motorists to navigate slick and snowbank-narrowed roadways. The Pinebrook Homeowners Association recently received a letter from the Executive Director of Utah Open Lands which highlights a few of the projects they have supported over the years with donations from individuals and organizations like the PMA and PHOA (UOL Letter). Donations to Utah Open Lands have benefited the area greatly for 25 years and hopefully for many more years to come.

The Association continues to receive complaints about the significant amount of dog waste left alongside roads in Pinebrook, specifically Buckboard Drive. If you own a dog and take it for walks, be responsible, pick up the waste and dispose of it properly…always…it’s as simple as that.
