For title companies or real estate agents, the annual, calendar year assessment is currently $400.  Please note there is a $150 transfer fee for member properties of the Pinebrook Homeowners Association.  For a list of subdivisions within the Pinebrook HOA, please reference the HOMEOWNER INFO tab.
