Pinebrook Pool & Recreation Center

Wouldn’t it be great to have our own neighborhood pool & recreation center, right at the bottom of Pinebrook Road?

Several years ago, plans were created for a private equity membership pool & recreation center in Pinebrook.  Then the economy crashed,the project was put on hold.  Now there is a growing group of residents who would like to see this pool & rec center constructed. Are you interested as well?

If so, go to the pool intiative website, check out all the information (there are multiple tabs with a lot of information to answer your questions) and see what you think.  If you’re a member of the Pinebrook Master Association and you’d like to participate in this opportunity, join our list of interested parties by sending an email to pool4pinebrook@gmail.com.

Short & Sweet Summary:

Membership will require a one-time equity contribution (most likely $5000 as originally stated in the brochure, but is still to be finalized) as well as a monthly (possibly annual) maintenance assessment for those who wish to join.

If you’re interested in putting in a $250 deposit to reserve your opportunity to join, NOW is the time to do it!  Checks should be made to Pinebrook Recreation Center (PRC L.C.) and can be sent to or dropped off at 7950 Pinebrook Rd (the Gorgoza Mutual Water Company’s offices). Since we now have a builder committed to the project, we need to be getting funding together to demonstrate our commitment – so if you want to be in on this, send in a deposit TODAY!
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO obligation for Pinebrook homeowners to join this private venture.  As stated in the brochure, “…the facilities will be constructed, operated, and insured by the Pinebrook Recreation Center, LC (PRC), a nonprofit association with no assessment, expense, or liability to the Master Association members who choose not to join.”   It was designed as an equity membership for those who want to contribute & participate.  If you do not wish to participate, since this will be a private venture, your HOA fees will not be affected.
