You have probably noticed the recent addition of a portable radar powered speed limit sign in the neighborhood. After several years of complaints from various homeowners throughout the subdivision, the HOA board voted to acquire a speed indicating sign in hopes of slowing motorists down. Our streets are narrow and steep, so please obey the speed limit as you travel through Pinebrook for your safety as well as the safety of your neighbors. Thank you!
