Proposed Rules Amendment – Public Comment Meeting December 2, 2021

The Pinebrook Homeowners Association board of directors has scheduled a board meeting for Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 6pm at the offices of Gorgoza Mutual Water Company located at 7950 Pinebrook Road.  At that meeting, the board will discuss and adopt amendments to the Rules and Regulations that were originally adopted on June 6^th, 2018.

Please see the PROPOSED amendments to the Rules HERE. The original Rules adopted on June 6th, 2018 are available HERE. Alternatively, a paper copy of the amendments to the Rules will be available at the offices of Gorgoza Mutual Water Company. 

At the December 2^nd meeting, there will be an open forum for members of the Association to discuss any questions or concerns they may have regarding the amendments to the Rules before they are adopted by the board.
