Online Bill Pay with Zelle®

The annual, calendar year assessment for 2024 is $400 per improved or unimproved Pinebrook lot. This free, online bill pay option saves you time and give you more flexibility on how you pay your Pinebrook Homeowners Association assessment. To get started and find your bank, simply click here. Once you connect with Zelle through your bank, payments should be sent to payments@pbhoa.org.

Your Zelle payment portal should include a “Message to Recipient” field, YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PINEBROOK STREET ADDRESS IS REQUIRED IN THIS FIELD OR YOUR PAYMENT MAY NOT BE PROPERLY POSTED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
